Absolutely. Many families use our services alongside their NHS GP. With your consent, we’ll share appointment summaries, test results or treatment plans with your NHS GP to ensure they stay informed. You can also access this information at any time via our patient app.

We’ll do our best to offer the doctor of your choice whenever possible. However, all our doctors and healthcare professionals work different shifts throughout the week and may not always be available. Our medical team meets regularly to discuss ongoing cases, and all notes are logged in a central system, meaning whoever you see we’ll ensure there is as much continuity as possible.

Most private health insurers do not cover the cost of membership plans. However, some may reimburse individual consultations or tests. We recommend confirming what your insurer will cover before making an appointment. We will require your insurance membership number and authorisation number before we are able to confirm the appointment.

Yes, you can cancel your Kidswell Health membership at any time. However, annual membership fees already paid are non-refundable unless you cancel within 14 days of becoming a member (“cooling off period”). Your membership does not auto-renew—we’ll contact you near the end of your membership term to ask if you’d like to continue. For the first 100 members, we are offering a free annual Kidswell Health Check – an enhanced annual health assessment conducted by our experienced paediatric team. It includes a full health screening and assessment tailored to your child’s age and needs.

Membership plans are currently paid upfront for the year. However, we do try to offer a certain level of flexibility where required. To discuss your situation and possible options, please contact our reception team: reception@kidswellhealth.com or call 020-3011-1843 to discuss further.

Your membership plan may include a number of appointments per year with different clinicians. These can often be done via video, phone or in-person, depending on the nature of the service. Appointments can be booked at any time during our opening hours, subject to availability. Additional appointments (not included in your plan) are available at discounted member rates.

Routine developmental checks and some tests may be included depending on your membership plan. However, most diagnostic tests (e.g. blood tests) are charged separately. We’ll always let you know in advance if there are additional costs and it’s always best to confirm with your doctor or our reception team if you are unsure.

Yes, we offer family membership plans that include more than one child. If you’d like to add a sibling to your membership plan, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist.

You’re welcome to send us a WhatsApp message outside of clinic hours, and we’ll do our best to respond as soon as we can. However, please note that replies may not be immediate, and we can’t guarantee a response until the next working day.

Yes, video and phone appointments are available as part of your Kidswell Health membership for certain services. When booking online or speaking to our reception team, just let us know you’d prefer a video appointment and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your child’s care.
