“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to” – Brené Brown
Georgia is a Clinical Psychologist with a special focus on supporting children, teenagers, and families to navigate emotional and psychological challenges in a thoughtful and compassionate way. She offers online therapy for children and young people of all ages, as well as support for parents and caregivers. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each child’s unique personality, developmental stage, and needs. Georgia believes in working closely with families to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and to build on each young person’s strengths.
Her work is integrative and holistic, blending different models to find what works best for each child and family. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Systemic Family Approaches, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
Georgia has experience supporting young people and families across NHS, private, and voluntary settings with anxiety, low mood, OCD, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, body image concerns, and challenges related to neurodivergence (such as Autism or ADHD). She also works with parents around behavioural challenges, emotional connection, and supporting their child’s mental health journey.
Whether a child needs a safe space to talk, a family is going through a tough time, or parents are simply unsure where to begin, Georgia is here to help them find a way forward.
