Gideon is a successful business leader and has a proven track record of operating within regulated and complex industries, as well as managing and scaling high-performing teams. 

Gideon previously founded Ambie Media, a media technology and operations company, which he led from its inception in January 2015 through to its acquisition in September 2023. Prior to this, he spent nine years as Managing Director of Emerge, a wellness lifestyle and events business.

He is deeply committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and autonomous company culture, which has consistently resulted in high employee satisfaction and retention.

Gideon lives in North West London with his wife and three energetic and wonderful daughters. Outside of Kidswell, Gideon is very involved in the local community and is a trustee at Food Bank Aid, a charity that supports over 32 food banks with vital food and resources.
