Absolutely. Many families use our services alongside their NHS GP. With your consent, we’ll share appointment summaries, test results or treatment plans with your NHS GP to ensure they stay informed. You can also access this information at any time via our patient app.

We’ll do our best to offer the doctor of your choice whenever possible. However, all our doctors and healthcare professionals work different shifts throughout the week and may not always be available. Our medical team meets regularly to discuss ongoing cases, and all notes are logged in a central system, meaning whoever you see we’ll ensure there is as much continuity as possible.

Most private health insurers do not cover the cost of membership plans. However, some may reimburse individual consultations or tests. We recommend confirming what your insurer will cover before making an appointment. We will require your insurance membership number and authorisation number before we are able to confirm the appointment.

Yes, you can cancel your Kidswell Health membership at any time. However, annual membership fees already paid are non-refundable unless you cancel within 14 days of becoming a member (“cooling off period”). Your membership does not auto-renew—we’ll contact you near the end of your membership term to ask if you’d like to continue.
