Debra has over 15 years’ experience as a qualified physiotherapist in both the NHS and private sector. She has worked with neonates, babies, and children across a wide range of paediatric settings – including hospitals, homes, and schools (mainstream and additional needs). Debra currently divides her time between managing the NHS Children’s Therapy Team at Barnet Hospital, providing hydrotherapy as part of the multidisciplinary team at Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, and working in several private clinics across London.

Debra has a particular passion for early years development, supporting babies and young children to reach their full potential through early intervention. Her sessions are fun, interactive, and family-centred, involving parents and carers in every stage of treatment and goal setting. She also works closely with consultants, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and educational professionals to ensure an integrated, holistic approach to care. Debra’s priority is to make therapy engaging, empowering, and tailored to each child’s individual needs.
