We offer three levels of bookable support to help guide you:
A short 10-15 minute conversation to discuss initial concerns and provide quick guidance. This call is free of charge.
Book nowA structured 30-minute discussion to explore your child’s needs and whether further mental health support would be beneficial. We may offer advice or signpost you to helpful resources.
Book nowA more in-depth session to assess whether psychological therapy, psychiatric review or other interventions would be helpful and what type of support might be best.

We provide signposting to resources, with the option to check in again if needed.
Referral to other services
If another specialist service would be more suitable, we will guide you on the next steps.
Psychological therapy
If therapy is recommended, it may involve individual therapy for your child/adolescent, parenting or family support, behavioural strategies, psychiatric or neurodevelopmental assessment. Read more on what to expect from therapy below.
Before therapy begins, we ask you to complete some questionnaires to help us understand your child’s needs. Therapy may take different forms:

Exploratory Assessment 30 minutes – £85 for members, £120 for non-members
Deep Dive Assessment 50 minutes – £150 for members, £195 for non-members
Ongoing Psychological Therapy Sessions 50 minutes – £150 for members, £195 for non-members
