Speak with one of our clinicians about your concerns. We’ll recommend the most suitable next steps, whether that’s an assessment, therapy, or both.
Initial assessment
Meet with a clinical psychologist or therapist for an initial assessment to understand your child’s needs and how best to support them. This session helps determine the most appropriate therapy approach and whether the psychologist is the right fit for your child.
Therapy and support:
Based on the assessment, we’ll create a tailored therapy plan (such as CBT, play therapy, or parenting work) to help your child build resilience, confidence, and wellbeing.
Our clinic is conveniently located in Golders Green (North West London). It’s a calm, welcoming and child-friendly space designed to help children feel safe and at ease during appointments. We’re open Monday-Sunday and there is free parking available. Find out more here.
