How it works

Free consultation

Speak with one of our clinicians about your concerns. We’ll recommend the most suitable next steps, whether that’s an assessment, therapy, or both.

Initial assessment

Meet with a clinical psychologist or therapist for an initial assessment to understand your child’s needs and how best to support them. This session helps determine the most appropriate therapy approach and whether the psychologist is the right fit for your child.

Therapy and support:

Based on the assessment, we’ll create a tailored therapy plan (such as CBT, play therapy, or parenting work) to help your child build resilience, confidence, and wellbeing.
